A quiet, tactile dark deck that pairs hand-painted limewash walls with real-camera documentary photography: soft, cloudy colourwash in deep Tyrian blue and slate (with a pale chalk version for reading), full-bleed photographic openers and statements, photographs running down the edge of section breaks, clean square-cornered prints on the wall, and thin carmine marks — hairlines, a dot, numerals, one underline. Light humanist type on simple, editable columns; native charts, a table, a timeline and an interactive year explorer.
