A student-authored civic proposal in a clear public-information style on a soft ube-milk lavender ground, sized to be read from the back of a classroom: deep talong ink, one banana-leaf green sign colour, a mango-yellow highlighter on the one thing to look at, bright tropical-daylight documentary photographs of the place as it is beside coloured-pencil and marker sketches of the proposed change, labelled pictograms, a wordless schematic map with an editable legend, status tags on every picture and data carrier, and fill-in ledgers for costs, funding, care and the decision asked for.
