Community Proposal

A student-authored civic proposal in a clear public-information style, sized to be read from the back of a classroom (body 24pt, nothing under 20pt): notice-board paper, one sign-green accent, a highlighter-yellow mark on the one thing to look at, bright documentary photographs of the place as it is beside loose ink-and-watercolour artist's impressions of the proposed change, labelled pictograms, a wordless schematic map with an editable legend, status tags on every picture and data carrier, and fill-in ledgers for costs, funding, care and the decision asked for.
