Zapier and Gamma

Gamma is an action in Zapier. Build a Zap that creates a gamma whenever something happens: a form response comes in, a deal changes stage, a new row lands in a sheet, or the clock hits Monday at 9am. Zapier passes the content and settings to the Gamma API and Gamma returns a fully designed presentation or document. Zapier MCP also supports Gamma, so AI assistants connected through Zapier can create gammas too.

Then: Gamma creates an 8-slide proposal using the company name and goals from the form

Then: Slack posts the gamma link to #sales

Gamma input: "Create an 8-slide proposal for {{Company Name}} covering their goals ({{Goals}}), our recommended plan, timeline, and pricing. Use our workspace theme."

How to set it up

1. In Zapier, create a Zap and pick your trigger app and event.

2. Add Gamma as an action and connect it with your Gamma API key.

3. Map fields from the trigger into the prompt and settings, test it, and turn the Zap on.
