A warm, human, photograph-led change-management deck for announcing a workplace policy: candid morning-light workplace photography on most slides, placed so consecutive slides change shape — a picture bleeding off a corner, a wide strip along the top or foot, a square tile beside the title, a rail down one edge, a staggered pair or mosaic, a mustard plate stepping over a photo's edge, a portrait per peer — never a background; warm chalk-white paper with a solid ink-blue field and light type on the opener, the act break and the closing; one ink-blue accent that marks what is new or what to do, and soft mustard plates that hold the working evidence; bold sentence-case statement headlines over a clean humanist text face, sentence-case labels led by a small diamond glyph, hairline ledgers, a milestone rail, a Before/From comparison table, persona plates and a resource icon grid, a Q&A card grid.
