Bulletin Board

A five-colour cut-paper civic poster flooded with colour: huge scissor-edged masses of red-orange, cobalt, yellow and ink cover every slide, bleed off the trim and overlap off-register, with monumental condensed-caps headlines set straight on them, bright documentary photos and five-ink cut-paper scenes pasted in as large matted prints, and native charts, tables and timelines on paper plates.
