The Challenge

When Vernal approached us in December 2024, their website was significantly underperforming:
  • Conversion Rate (CVR): < 0.27%
  • Monthly Sessions: ~750
  • Monthly Revenue: < $500
Their online presence lacked both traction and clarity. With limited traffic and virtually no conversions, we had to build the foundation from scratch. This meant:
  • Developing a compelling product offer
  • Redesigning the Product Detail Page (PDP) with CRO best practices
  • Implementing a fully custom Growthub Drawer Cart
  • Fixing major friction points in the checkout experience

To overcome these challenges, we took a data-driven approach from day one. Using ROAS modeling and budget-backwards planning, we reverse-engineered a profitable offer: one that could sustain aggressive advertising while maximizing customer lifetime value through a subscription model.
Once the offer was locked, we crafted a high-impact product page designed to drive conversions, reduce bounce rates, and increase trust through UX best practices.
In parallel, we introduced our custom Growthub Drawer Cart—an enhanced cart experience designed to keep users engaged and reduce drop-off. The checkout flow was also optimized to be faster, cleaner, and more persuasive.

The Results
👉 Significant Improvements Across All Metrics
By April 2025, just a few months after launch, Vernal’s performance had completely transformed:
Site-wide Metrics (April 2025):
  • Sessions: 3,500+
  • Add to Cart Rate: 9.88% (345 total)
  • Reached Checkout Rate: 6.42% (224 total)
  • Purchase Rate (CVR): 2.86% (100 total)

That’s a 2.6x increase in CVR, proving our design, offer, and cart changes directly impacted conversions.
PDP-Specific Metrics (from paid traffic):
While we can’t disclose raw numbers in terms of revenue due to client confidentiality, our product page metrics outperformed site-wide numbers due to focused targeting via ads:
  • Add to Cart Rate: 16.73%
  • Reached Checkout Rate: 8.95%
  • Purchase Rate (CVR): 5.06%
