Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 + performance bonuses
Expected Total Compensation: $160,000 - $200,000+
About Us
We're a lean, high growth outbound GTM consulting firm (primarily cold email) that focuses on driving ROI and booking sales meetings for 20 or so customers across a variety of B2B industries. We obsess over deliverability and outbound sales.
We were founded in 2022 and have a 100% remote team of 4 people & our customers range from startups to mid market companies.
Job Role
As Head of GTM, your job is to own and improve our fulfillment process end-to-end for our customers paying for GTM services. This includes maximizing sales meetings booked and ROI for customers, leading our growing team, making sure campaigns hit KPIs on their outbound campaigns, building out our fulfillment and operations playbook, and freeing the founder to focus on marketing and sales.
Your biggest priority is to maintain and improve client results and satisfaction while staying within gross margin goals & require little involvement from the founder.
To win in this role you will need to be exceptional at driving results for customers, a great communicator and leader, and scrappy.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and grow client performance while staying within gross margin KPI's
  • Lead fulfillment team via daily internal calls, answering of any questions in Slack, and coaching/training sessions
  • Serve as the escalation point for any service or performance challenges & jump in hands on to resolve the problem
  • Identify hiring needs, recruit new roles, and design/run onboarding & ongoing training programs.
  • Build internal processes and SOPs to drive improvement in client results/satisfaction
  • Hold team accountable and foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and speed
  • Regularly report to founder on client results and improvement opportunities
  • Proactively communicate next steps, timeline shifts, and KPI insights to keep clients aligned.
Note: We’re a four-person startup - your role will evolve as we grow. You’ll need to be scrappy, adaptable, and comfortable stepping outside the job description to get things done.
Day-To-Day Tasks:
Since we are quickly growing, the exact tasks you will be doing may shift over time however here is an example of what your day might look like in this role:
  • Morning:
  • Call with strategists to review yesterday’s KPIs and tackle any performance gaps
  • Answer urgent Slack messages from clients & escalated problems
  • Mid-day:
  • Deep-dive on underperforming campaigns - diagnose root causes, implement and assign fixes
  • Lead client strategy / onboarding calls
  • Quality check campaigns
  • Later in the day:
  • Assign tasks, catch up with team to make sure they are done well
  • Update internal playbooks, test new software / strategies
  • Set agenda for tomorrow, plan for the following day / week
  • Weekly/Monthly
  • Update performance, finance dashboards
  • Refine SOPs & build process improvements
  • Build out hiring funnel
Results:
  • Make sure email campaigns are hitting or exceeding benchmarks around number of emails sent, reply rates, interested reply rates, and meeting scheduled rates
  • 100%+ of email volume sent
  • 1%+ reply rates on emails sent
  • 10%+ interested response rates
  • 25%+ meeting booking rates
  • Deliver an exceptional experience for customers (Churn <10%, NPS 80%+)
  • Maintain gross margins of service
Requirements:
  • Proven track record booking meetings & driving ROI with outbound cold email
  • Deep understanding of B2B lead generation and sales
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and ability to work autonomously
  • High emotional intelligence & exceptional ability to lead internal and client facing conversations
  • Scrappy, flexible, entrepreneurial mindset and loves new challenges
  • Reliable internet, quiet office, and tech setup for remote work (webcam, microphone)
  • Experience managing talent & leading teams
  • Experience directly managing customer relationships
  • Experience with the following tools (or similar)
  • Smartlead
  • Clay
  • Airtable
  • Make / Zapier
  • Slack
  • Available to work EST hours (9am-5pm)
Bonus Experience
  • Experience running your own business
  • Double bonus if it is a cold email / outbound agency
  • Experience running Linkedin outbound
  • Ability to build complex workflows with Clay and Make.com
