Experience a brief playthrough of the "Rat's Nest" mission from two distinct points of view, immersing yourself in the dynamic strategies and seamless teamwork of a 4-man squad as they tackle the mission with patience and perseverance.
In this mission, operatives are tasked with retrieving crucial intel and reporting back to Handshake, navigating a complex web of challenges. They will need to identify the hideouts and investigate them discreetly. It will be imperative to gather as much information as possible before moving. While their primary objectives are reconnaissance and gathering intelligence, we cannot promise that they will not encounter resistance along the way.

Weapon Mechanics
Craft your ideal weapon – modify, swap, or add parts for versatile performance in any situation. We've also implemented an advanced simulation of external and terminal ballistics, ensuring accuracy by using real-world data for ammunition and protective materials.
Unique Health System
Injuries impact perception and performance. Identify the injury and solution to survive and help teammates. Injuries encompass bruises, bleeding wounds, broken bones, damaged organs, and pain, and players also need to manage energy and hydration.
Visually Stunning
Utilizing the latest Unreal Engine 5, GZW harnesses cutting-edge technology, including the groundbreaking features of Nanite, Lumen, and virtual textures. This enables unprecedented levels of graphical fidelity and realism.
Securing Your Gear Safely
In Gray Zone Warfare, you'll earn various rewards such as gear and weapons. Some are harder to obtain, so losing or having them taken upon death is detrimental. Since Gray Zone Warfare is a persistent world with no time limit and is also session-based, you won't be leaving the map nor is it a match-based game. You'll need to safely return to your base via helicopter or rush back to your base on foot to securely store your items. Once stashed, replenish and dive back into the action at your convenience.

There are 3 factions to choose from - 16 players per faction, totaling 48 players on one map. You can also expect over 1,000 AI enemies in the world, including factions, bandits, military, etc. However, you never know when another player PMC faction might be looming around the corner…

How soon will I encounter other players?
It all depends on how you and the other players approach the game. You might potentially play for a few hours without encountering a single person. Nevertheless, there will be specific areas or points of interest that typically entice player interaction sooner rather than later.

Will there be a time limit?
Gray Zone Warfare is an open-world sandbox session-based game, so we want the players to be able to take their time without feeling the time-limit pressure. The world is an ever-persistent one, so even when you leave the session, the world will indeed continue on…
