What this is not….
I won't be responsible for reviewing any detailed agreements (just your email or video request), writing any memos/disclosures, or digging in to any workbooks in Excel. If you need any documentation along with a GAAP conversion, transaction or other technical accounting issue, for example to support your audit, I'm happy to discuss this separately.
