Cancellation by Customer:

If you cancel your tour package, the following cancellation fees will apply:

Cancellation made 60 days or more prior to departure date: 10% of the total tour cost.

Cancellation made between 30-59 days prior to departure date: 50% of the total tour cost.

Cancellation made less than 30 days prior to departure date or no show: 80% of the total tour cost.

Please note that the above fees apply to the tour cost only and do not include any non-refundable fees that may have been incurred for flights, accommodations, or other services.

Cancellation by Our Company:

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your tour package due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of the tour cost paid.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be processed within 20 business days from the date of cancellation. The refund will be made to the original method of payment used for booking the tour package.
