1. The 2 Sentence Email
This is a very direct, straight-to-the-point email that shows the prospect you've done a bit of research on their company.
The main purpose for this type of email is to just get a response from prospects that can be continued into a full conversation and finally a call.

For Example:
Hey {{first_name}},

I noticed you guys were using Klaviyo for your email marketing. Would you be open to a quick chat on how we can help you extract 50% more profit from your current email list?

Emails like this are meant to be a sort of pattern interrupt for the prospect. Most emails they get will be 5-7 sentence blocks of text whereas this is super quick and to the point.
However, with 2 sentences you can't do very much so you have to be quick and creative for this to work.
This structure is a really good way to validate your offer, and its is also a very solid follow-up email to get more responses from your list.
2. Poke The Bear
We will be asking a question that cuts through to our prospects problems wether they are aware of them of not. These are questions that we ask right at the start of the email that get our prospects thinking of their current situation.

How are you guys managing to keep your pipeline consistently full while the market is this competitive and your comp?

What you are doing here is highlighting the cost of inaction.
According to a 1979 psychological study on prospect theory, people are willing to spend at least 2x more to avoid a loss than to gain just as much as they would lose.
So next time, instead of pitching, poke the bear.
3. Relevant Case Studies
This angle is probably the one we use the most because it ALWAYS gets good replies.
When you are contacting a list of leads that are segmented by niche - It's important to provide social proof to back the claims of your service.
When providing social proof to these prospects, having case studies of companies similar to your ICP will help people visualize your service actually working for them just like it did for others.
It builds trust.

Some of you reading this right now might not have case studies or testimonials in the niche you're reaching out to, but that's okay.
The way to solve that issue is to BLAST a ton of emails and charge almost nothing for what you offer so you can quickly get a client and prove you can get results.
Once you have the case study, you can start going for the higher ticket offers and charge more as your service improves.
4. Free Lead Magnet
This angle works very well if your action is going straight for the call.
Everyone and their mother is going straight for a call or sending over a Loom no one will watch.
Providing something for free will give prospects an incentive to show up to your call and listen to what you have to offer.

Would it be okay if we made 4 free ad creatives for {{company_name}}?

OR

The key here is to only provide the free item at the end of the call the prospect has with you.
In this scenario, what reason do they have to say no? They get some sort of valuable asset for 100% free and all they have to do is show up.
Not only will this angle book you more meetings but it will also boost show up rates as well.
Worst case scenario, they get the asset and you get a call. Best case scenario, they end up signing and working with you. Its always a win-win.
