How Is This Normally Done?
Heavy Reliance On Referrals & Network
Most businesses rely far too heavily on referrals. Referrals are good. Relying too heavily on referrals is not. There are many benefits to referrals, of course, but there are some problems as well.
The problem with referrals is that they are:
  • Unpredictable
  • Out of your control
  • Not scalable
  • Don't build any enterprise value for your business
Overreliance On A Single Channel
A lot of people will tell you to "choose one channel and master it." This is not good advice. It is all fun and games until an algorithm changes, or something stops working, and then your lead flow goes to zero.
For evidence of this, you need only to look at the Twitter algorithm change, or the cold email changes from Outlook and Google, or the recent SEO changes affected by AI.

When you rely too heavily on referrals your network, and even on one channel, your lead generation is not in your control.
In the case of referrals and network, you are relying on others to build your business for you.

2. Inability To Scale or Sell Business
If you ever want to scale or sell your business one day, it will be nearly impossible if you rely too heavily on referrals and your network.

How Long Will It Take?
Meant To Be Completed In 120 Days
The Trello Plan is broken down into four months for a total of 120 days. You don't necessarily have to finish it in 120 days, but that is how it is laid out.
One Hour Per Day, Monday to Friday
The tasks in the Trello are laid out so they can be done in just one hour of focused work, Monday to Friday with time to rest on the weekend.

If You Work More, It Will Be Faster

This Seems Overwhelming. Is It?
It could be overwhelming but that is the entire point of 1000x Leads. We take something that is huge and overwhelming and make it as easy as possible.
It will be 100x quicker and easier to follow our plan and feedback than it would be to build something similar all on your own.
How Can I Do This While I Am Working On Operations?
It is meant to be done in an hour per day. Like it or not, this is necessary if you want to build a great, profitable business. You will have to do it sooner or later, and it is your responsibility to find time in your schedule for one hour per day of work.
What Roles Does It Take To Operate?
The nice thing about the 1000x Leads marketing funnel is that 80% of the work is a one-time setup.
Once you have it all setup, the only things you need to worry about are:
  1. Posting content every day
  1. Running paid ads
  1. Responding to cold emails (clients & partners)
  1. Managing your live workshop or group, etc.
  1. Setting appointments
  1. Taking sales calls

What Size of Businesses Will This Help?
We don't typically exclude any type of agency.
This is a fit from everyone, from a total beginner to agencies doing $100 million per year in revenue (or more).
Typically, our clientele ranges between $500k per year and $5 million per year.
The thing to keep in mind although beginners can join, this program is fairly advanced, and we will not be stopping or slowing down to explain basic concepts and we cater towards more advanced agencies.
The problem with a lot of programs is even if they start out okay, they eventually get clogged up with noobs that slow everyone else down.

What If I Don't Have Time For This?
It is meant to be done in one hour per day Monday to Friday. If you can honestly say that you do not have one hour per day to work on growing and scaling your business, then perhaps you have bigger problems.
Can I Outsource This?
The bulk of this needs to be done by you, the founder.
But, there are certain things like the setups and menial tasks that you can get your team or a VA to do.
There are great instructions for how to do this, and links to external instructions too.
It will be easy for even a low-level/newer employee or VA to do.

Do I Have To Attend The Live Calls?
No, you do not.
I would estimate that over 80% of people do not regularly attend the calls.
There is no extreme benefit to attending any of the calls. They are all recorded and you will be sent the reply, and any questions can be asked directly in your private Slack Channel.
How Many People Can Join Slack?
You can have up to three people from your team (including you) join the Slack and come on the calls.
Any more than that will be $50/mo per person.
Will This Work In X Country?
We have clients in 35 countries, and have not found a country in which this doesn't work yet. This includes countries in North America, Europe, South America, Asia, Australia, Africa and more.
Human nature is human nature all over the world. Although there are certainly cultural differences, the same marketing funnel will work in any country.
Will This Work In X Niche?
We have clients in over 120 niches, and similarly to the countries, have not found one where it does not work yet. Whatever niche you are in, it is possible to build this type of marketing funnel.
Is This Just Another Course?

How Much Work Will You Do For Me?
This is a done-with-you program. Nothing is done for you.
However, we will be with you every step of the way to answer questions, give feedback, etc.
There is also a ton of templates and assets for you to use so you don't have to do some things from scratch.
These templates and assets (think landing pages, ads, lead magnets, newsletters, etc.) will save you a ton of time and money.
How Is This Different From Others?
  1. Every task is planned out for you Day 1-120 on Trello. Most other programs just give you videos in Kajabi and you have no idea where to start or what applies to you. This simplifies the process and leads to a "night and day" difference compared to other programs and consultants.
  1. We will be checking in with you personally. Most other programs sell you, give you a decent onboarding process then stick you with a low-level employee who checks in once per week (if that). We do it ourselves.
  1. The actual skill level and execution is many levels higher than any other program out there.
